Joanne Carly
Managing Director
From initial contact most couples will get to know Joanne. She is the owner of Glade Tipis and works hard to keep everyone else in order. Joanne has worked in the wedding industry since 2015 and assists with hundred of weddings every year through her different wedding businesses. There isnt much about the wedding indusrty Joanne doesnt know and she will often be there to support the co-ordination or oversee everything.
Mark
Does as he's told
Mark is Joannes husband and can often be found on his quad bike going around site making sure everything is up to scratch. Mark has 20+ years experience in owning bars and restaurants so maintaining high hospitality standards is where he shines. He has been working in the wedding industry for the last 5 years and is hooked.

Ruby
Wedding Manager
Ruby is a recent graduate of Sheffield Hallam. The same university that Joanne studied at. She has wealth of experience from the event industry and is bringing her people and event management skills to Sherwood Glade. She will be on hand on your wedding day as an on the day coordinator.
Oliver
Bar Supervisor
Oliver first joined us in our 2025 wedding season at Sherwood Glade and really impressed with his hard work, commitment and bar knowledge. He now works as a bar supervisor. Supporting the other staff and making sure the bar is always fully stocked and drinks are flowing for all your guests.

We are a family run business with lots of family often getting involved in set up and wedding days
Michelle
On The Day Support
Michelle is Joannes mum and will often be around before the wedding starts to finish up set up and then to support food service. One of Michelles first ever jobs was in silver service so her experience helps make sure your food service goes well. She also keeps track of the on the day plan making sure nothing is missed.
Carl
Maintenance and Bar Management
As an experienced landscape gardner Carl works year round to keep our sites in great condition. He also helps with the management of our mobile bars so if you have the coffee and cocktail bar or the draught beer trailer then Carl will be on hand.
